It was ocean front and the kids loved playing at the beach!

The food was so-so, but good enough when the other options are farther. Too many dogs around.

The staff was very helpful and nice !

Staffs were very accommodating. Alma went out of her way to cook the dishes, the way we wanted them. Thank you again

Part of the road going there is a bit rough. Not the hotel fault I know. I just wish whoever responsible will look into this matter.

Location is secluded but it's both a plus and a minus.

We booked four nights here and ended up extending for four more nights. We've traveled the Philippines for a month now, and this has, by far, been the best value for our money! The breakfast is incredible! The staff is sooo amazing! The room was super clean, functional, and comfortable. Our two young boys could not get enough of exploring the tide pools and collecting starfish, hermit crabs, and other sea creatures. Alma and the rest of the staff deserve a hospitality award. Whoever owns this place is lucky to have them. We highly recommend this place for those who want to escape the chaos of Alona and relax in a beautiful setting with an amazing sunrise.

Friendly staff. Nice view on the water

The room was bad. Electricity wires hanging from the ceiling. Lots of bugs, (bug) droppings in the bed, several electricity sockets not working or dangerously exposed/unfinished. Loud music in the evening and morning from neighbors so couldn't sleep well/in. Room was not really at noise proof. We could hear everything from outside. Breakfast was really simple. Didn't include coffee in the breakfast. Roof leaked during rain. Got relocated to other room. Owner claims it was a new roof. No staff available late in the evening or night. Location is far away from restaurants and cities. Got overcharged by tuk-tuk driver who was called in by staff to drive us to nearest town. Shouldn't be called a resort, more an Airbnb or homestay. Second room we were relocated to had a better view but was all the way up to the 3rd floor. Rooms look a bit neglected in terms of maintenance. Several broken items like soap holders in the shower, sliding doors with holes. The photos of the room we got that are posted here did not match with what the real situation.
