Cozy home near Pigeon Forge attractions

Very clean..good location...and very responsive.

Clean roomy home with very well stocked kitchen, amazing. Relaxing , would highly recommend this home.😀

It was spacious

Floors were filthy and the washer stunk. No blankets other than what was on the bed already. Plenty of pillows, but that was it. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable 😐 and it not even a cabin or in the mountains whatsoever. I just felt like I was staying at someone's house for the weekend. I would not go back. I was very disappointed and it ruined our trip. I wish I could've canceled and went somewhere else 😕 😔

Fantastic location. Very easy to get to all major attractions. Appreciated the coffee pods.

I didn’t like the plastic on the mattress but I can understand why they have it.

We really loved our stay at Cozy House. The house was really comfy and there was an immediate feeling that these folks like dogs! Ryan was extremely helpful and made us feel we could depend on him to help us if needed. When you drive up to the house, there is a small apartment complex and it is in a neighborhood. We were concerned that it might be noisy. It was not! Very peaceful. The location was perfect for restaurants and attractions. We hope to go back to Cozy House in the near future.

There was a plastic mattress cover on the King bed, and the sheet kept popping off the mattress cover.

Very nice accommodations. Very close to the main strip. If needed, you could walk to a lot of stuff to avoid traffic delays during the busy times. Had a nice large yard that would have been great if we would have brought our dog.
