Cozy home near Pigeon Forge attractions

Ryan is a great host. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

Everything that you could possibly need was there. And the house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything!!! It was so amazing. We felt right at home and loved everything for our dogs also!! We will definitely be back!!!

We love this location and the house setup this is our second time going there. We will def always stay here when vacationing to pigeon forge

The only thing was is the couches are really low and tough to get up off of especially for older people. I think they have just gotten a lot of use but are not meant to be low! They look very beautiful in the house though and it’s only the living room with the tvs in it the other couch with fireplace is fine

We stayed at this property in Pigeon Forge over Christmas, and it was a fantastic experience! The owner, Ryan, had excellent communication, was very attentive, and checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was lovely—spacious enough for our family and located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood despite being so close to all the attractions. One of the highlights for us was that the house is pet-friendly and had plenty of pet accessories to make our furry friends comfortable, including a dog bed. We unexpectedly had to bring our cat with us at the last minute, and it was a lifesaver that Ryan was so accommodating. The thoughtful touches made all the difference! The kids had a wonderful time, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including amenities for cooking, doing laundry, and toiletries. It was also spotlessly clean, and we loved the charming decor throughout the home—it really added to the cozy holiday vibe. The only minor issue was that the main master bedroom bed sank a bit in the middle. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you have back problems, you might consider using one of the other rooms. Overall, we truly loved our stay! We would absolutely rent this house again in the future and highly recommend it. You won’t regret booking this property!
