Loved the room it was very homely and the staff were lovely .

The water was yellow , told it was from the burn but safe to drink . My friend works for Ranking who testwater and strongly recommend not drinking this, the radiators were off due to being summer so couldn't dry ourselfs or clothes properly and it did get a bit chilly and the electric heater just didn't cover it . The shower took 10 mins to heat up . The bathroom door was very hard to shut due to swelling at top . Toilet moves as not secured properly to floor parner nearly tipped it. Confetti Balloons were missing from package I payed for but gentlemen did come and give a box of chocolates for this mistake. The mattress also slanted into the middle of bed so was uncomfortable. Also the bar etc was open during week so ment drive to Pitlochry. Biggest let down was our dinner at restaurant for my partners birthday my starter the fish cake arrived cold in middle so sent it back and came out again to be even colder so whilst waiting my partner had finished hers when mine was finally edible . Then main came out it had been microwaved to make sure it was hot enough ,, plate was absolutely roasting and steam belching off it but the lamb wasn't nice at all very slimey and was rubbery. Backdoor at hot tub was muddy with the rain and deep puddles lying there wasn't very pretty . Can't help the weather but the landscape needs completed before letting someone rent the property. Hot tub clips on cover broken so had to come right off and sit on deck when using and had to go into muddy area to retreat it. Also the noise was loud from neighbours and crying child during the night and doors banging , not what we expected for our 2 day break for my partners birthday . Over all pretty disappointed in our stay

Hot tub was excellent, bed very comfortable

wasn't as private as we expected. Back fence was very low for the dog

The warmth of the hot tub. The decor was nice. Very spacious. Love that the tv moved and there was a smart tv. The light outside. The fence for the hot tub to separate it. I don’t feel like it’s value for money at £150 a night for an unfinished outside backyard bit

The toilet wobbled like mad. Worried to break it. No where to eat within 30 mins of the lodge (restaurant only opened Thursday to Sunday) No roof over hot tub. Heating didn’t work so was cold in the room! Radiator on 5 but no heat. Very very hard to find only found it by putting in the restaurant name not the postcode from booking.com. No chopping board. Yard where the hot tub is wasnt very appealing it was not finished and wood left unattended and just dumped not even piled nicely

The location is excellent set out, with variety of options available to suit needs. Although not everyone cup of tea we loved being away from the hustle and bustle of town and having surreal peace and quiet

Both the hot tub and the room itself were exceptionally clean and presented beautifully, the bed was so comfy and the place kept at a comfortable temperature. The fact the tv can be watched from both the bed and the sofa was very convenient too :) would highly recommend to anyone hoping to get away for a few days, really didn't want to leave 🙂

Only a very niche gripe as there really isn't much to fault the property on at all. We found that the hot water took a little while to come on, but honestly that's the only thing we picked up on :)

Place is amazing

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The views around the cabin were beautiful Hot tub was lovely

The village is a 20 minute drive away from the cabin so don’t forget anything.

Clean and comfortable. Looks even better than in the pictures. Lots of good walks and close drive to pitlochry.

The toilet wasn't connected to the floor, so it wobbled every time it was used. There was no sign or any contact info for staff to help speak about the issue.
