hotel location is good easy to trivial any where any time you will get public transport. the room was net and cline. hotel staff was corporative and helpful. they don't have kitchen in hotel. but they allowed food from out Saied. they served that food in rooms.

it was not at all good stay there. worst experience as I have been there 6:00 am toh 5:00 pm only and I have to pay for two days as their checkout timings policy are 11:00 am. But that's not an issue, the main problem is the AC is not working in 201 than I got angry than they shifted me in 305 still the AC is not working properly as I have to on fan plus AC at the same time and I got sore throat because of that. I mean after traveling from Manchester to Mumbai I was in need of sound sleep with my 5 year old kid as she is born and brought up in UK she cannot tolerate heat. I have booked it because I have seen this on Booking.com as it's trusted. But this is the last time I will book this kinda a misleading hotels. Please go and visit the unhygienic hotel where all the garbage is put on the door of the room and the staff are also not welcoming.
