Townhouse Oak Vashi

It was a good hotel with very good location. The food was also good. The staff is very helpful and corpative. I like to stay here .

At check in the would not take card and insisted on cash. Reeked of cigarettes, on last day I dropped something on the floor to find that below the bed was a lot of cigarette ash, several used plastic bottles. Day 2 I noticed window didn’t close and wouldn’t stay shut. I complained so they tried to stick it with cello tape and it still wouldn’t close completely. This place is by busiest road of Vashi so room was noisy till late night. I asked to change the room they said first after checkout they will then said they don’t have another when I insisted they said that other rooms had same issue with window, I asked to see but they never showed me another room. The toilet jet was leaking and its hook was broken. The place was worth 500 rs a night only.

This hotel all service to very better... Food service and other activities service to very nice , ac rooms clean and systyametics..nice waters nice floor clean floor all is very nice and clean.. i m very happy to this hotel services

No Restaurant available in the hotel. All food came from outside. Hygiene is an issue. Scanty room furnishing, not even a chair provided.

No electric kettle in the room. Drinking water not provided. Window lock was broken making room unsafe. Had to ask for a chair.

The "Hotel Blue Diamond" itself is a landmark, so the location couldn't have been better. All modes of commutation are available just outside the hotel and plenty of autorickshaws are there to make all the commutes convenient. We had a smooth hassle-free late-night check-in (at around 3 AM), and a pretty comfortable stay. The staff was polite and professional. The interior of the room was well designed and there was very nice lighting within the room. The area "Vashi" is a very good residential area and all the amenities are available nearby. Overall it's very clean, comfortable and looks good!

The complimentary breakfast was provided everyday by 8:30 am and there was no option to postpone it as they were being provided by a 3rd party. So the packed tea used to get cold everyday before we got ready and that was a small inconvenience. Also a few infrastructures needed repairs like the exhaust fan in our bathroom and the window lock. There were some mosquitoes as well as they didn't have any mosquito repellent which I hope they will resolve very quickly.
