The location, layout, decor, and cleanliness was superb!

Door to the terrace was a challenge to open every time.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful! Great location right downtown

Excellent location close to all of the Riverwalk restaurants and bars but on a quiet street. The condo had everything we needed including coffee and a very comfortable bed. Our college age daughter spent the night on the pull out couch and said it was the most comfortable pull out shed ever slept on. Included parking was a huge bonus!

The location and the carpark were certainly the highlights of this property. It also has an excellent little work desk with comfy chair.

I actually ended up leaving the property a night early. This was due to the lack of cleanliness in general and my inability to sleep. Mold was present in the bathroom and by the doors and windows. The kitchen sink smelt poorly and the pots and pans were scratched - jeopardizing the safety of the cooking. (One of the reasons I use AirBnB is so that I can cook in situ, and so could not do so in this apartment) This apartment is conveniently located in the city - walking distance to restaurants and the water - but the apartment itself is noisy - not from the city, but from the buzz of the fridge and airconditioning (the latter which still seems to generate noise even when it is switched off). It is also impossible for the bedroom to be completely dark for those who need darkness to sleep. The blind for the bedroom is only a privacy blind, not blackout. Furthermore, I still hadn't received check-in instructions about an hour out before the designated check in time and so I had to reach out. To the property managers credit, they did respond in a timely manner.
