Downtown Condo*Balcony*River*Pet Friendly*Beach

The location was perfect. It was right next to the boardwalk along the river as well as fun downtown eating and shopping. Additiontally, you could walk to the houses in the historic preservation district. It was very clean, had coffee, was truly dog friendly, parking and the hosts were easily available for any questions. And, the decor was fun and lovely.

I really liked it, if I had to find something wrong, I'd say it was a little small, but that didn't bother me.

Location… convenience to all that Wilmington has to offer including the Riverfront. Place was more like a mini apartment. Had everything that one would need to feel right at home. Parking garage - parking pass was a definite perk.

Be mindful of loading zone parking. When we parked in the 15 minute loading zone parking spot (to bring our bags up), we did receive a parking ticket for the short time we were inside. Suggestion - park in a meter spot when parking outside the building. The only other suggestion would be to supply more than one set of towels for longer stays.

Everything and location was perfect. I love that. I could walk to go have a nice dinner and looking at shops. Love the decor in the apartment very nice.
