Modern Condo for Couple with Wi-Fi, Netflix & Kitchen, 1 min to MRT Boni

We like our stay at Luxe Condo. It was very clean and convenient location going to office, to the market and malls. Kalber was very responsive whenever we have questions. Overall it was a great experience

The condo was dirty and lots of cockroaches The manager offer to have a housekeeping every day But we rent another condo even if we paid this one

The place is clean, but there small cockroaches. We were also unable to use the coffee maker because there were cockroaches inside it, so I sprayed it with Baygon. Also, the upstairs toilet had a foul smell due to the sewage.

One of the most important factors in having a good stay, is the communication between the host and the guest. The communication during our stay was excellent. When informed of an issue or simply asked a question the response by the host was often almost instantaneous. The location of the building the apartment is in, allows you to walk out of the front of the tower and access the metro line in less than two minutes which will take you to many of Manila’s mega malls and other points of interest. Finally, being comfortable during your stay is what you really want. It is obvious that much time and thought went into creating such a lovely relaxing space. All of the appliances, utensils and dishware in the apartment are of superior quality. The numerous pictures and other decorations adorning the place give it a very homey feel. We ended up extending our stay twice as the several other places we stayed at when we first arrived could in no way match the comfort and value for the money spent. Hats off to Culver and Sarah for their efforts to make such a comfortable place to stay.

The cleanliness of the unit is amazing. No hassle for checking-in/out, well instructed. Good for anyone who needs to concentrate on work or studies. Good for the couple.
