Modern Condo for Couple with Wi-Fi, Netflix & Kitchen, 1 min to MRT Boni

The location is really good, right by the metro and across from the mall.

The AC downstairs seemed not to be working so it was always quite hot downstairs, not too big a deal for me as the TV is in the room so I spent most time there.

The place was accessible, just beside the train station. The place was also great! We especially appreciated the musical theme of the place since we're musically inclined. The bed was creak and squeak free!

Having the shower downstairs and the toilet upstairs is a weird layout. There is nothing to see on the window view since the unit is on the third floor.

We loved the unit, Perfect for our small family of 3 (1× two year old), Furnitures and Appliances are modern, the decorations will definitely be appreciated by someone who is Balikbayan like us or loves Musical instruments, as some of decorations and wall photos are related to Philippines and Musical instruments. The Location was a massive bonus, as it's close to well known Big malls, Boni train station is literally in front of the building and was handy during traffic peak hours. But above all Sir Culver the owner/host of the unit is one of thoughtful and caring host we've had, He was nice to provide a Baby crib for our 2yr old daughter without asking, so me and my wife can have the spacious and quality bed just for ourselves and gave us a great sleep. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and already recommended to our relatives who are planning to go for a visit in the Philippines on December.

Beautiful condo with perfect amenities and well furnished. Nice host, good privacy, fast internet.

Waiting time at elevator is sometimes very long especially during business hours on other floors. There was maintenance ongoing which could be informed to guests before arrival.

The host is accommodating. Responded on time. I will recommend and definitely will book again here. Thank you and looking forward for a more bookings. God bless.

-Location is perfect (right in from of EDSA and MRT station) -Access to nearby malls and offices -Unit is new and sparkling clean -Fully furnished and all toiletries available -Secure, quiet, and lifts aren't too busy -Smells good and beds are comfy -High-speed wifi and TV with Netflix -Amenities available (pool and resto) -Owner is super responsive Highly recommended to fellow travellers! 🙂

Owner very responsive and thoughtful. Clean place, has got everything. WiFi works good everywhere. There is a gym in the building. Water in the fridge. Toiletries in the bathroom.

Very noisy: place is not sound proofed, can hear the traffic. Also there is construction/renovation going on right in the front of apartment which is extremely disturbing. The windows face towards the inside of the building, so that makes the place look dark, gloomy. And you cannot open the curtains anyway as someone can just look at you inside the apartment, so no privacy.Also outside the window is dirty, people throwing rubbish. Shower room extremely small; I get to touch the walls and the shower curtain when showering which is very unpleasant. Water pressure not very great. Toilet is small,so have to sit diagonally or with the door open when using the toilet (even being and average height person). Toilet upstairs has a bad smell from the sewage so could not use it at night, had to go downstairs. Very privacy invasive: have to give all sorts of documents and private/sensitive information just to check-in. Bedroom: the duvet did not have a sheet, so having the polyester directly on the skin felt unpleasant. Building common spaces not very well maintained. Overall feels a fairly overpriced for the value provided.
