IEExcellent stay Riad was clean and each room was en-suite. TV needs to be fixed so guests can log into Netflix.
ITbreakfast was super nice
from pictures it is not clear that leaving room and kitchen are open. this means that if it is cold it could be difficult to enjoy the leaving room or breakfast. we were lucky cause it was nice but i believe it would be better to clearly explain it
GBThe property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The Riad is well equipped and the rooms are all of a good size and very comfortable. Water pressure is a little low and it does take some time for hot water to come through, but it will eventually. Aleisa (not sure if that is spelt correctly) came in daily to make us breakfast and tidy the Riad. The breakfast was incredible with a huge amount of choice and freshly made everyday, she was really great during our stay. The roof terrace is a great space to chill out in the sun with a nice seating area and beds to lay on. There is a good choice of small take away service areas just a short walk away if you fancy a night in instead of heading out for restaurants as well as some small convenience stores close by for daily essentials. There is a large Carrefour supermarket around 30 minute walk away which sells everything you might need including a downstairs Cave alcohol area if you so wish.
As mentioned above the water pressure was not great and also the electric upstairs tripped off a few times when pressing certain light switches either on the ground floor or first floor landing area. Not a major hassle as the fuse box is at the top of the fist flight of stairs and could be easily reset. The only real issue we had during our stay was with the TV controller that looked like it had been thrown against a wall or something. Now to be fair we don't go on vacation to watch TV so we did not really miss it but what was annoying was no matter how many times we reported this, nothing changed during our stay. Whoever as on the WhatsApp chat kept trying to say at 11pm at night 'i am on my way to look at it' instead of just replacing it during the day. it is not about it being broke, the only thing that annoyed us was the way the issue was dealt with or more the lack of it being dealt with. it was the only negative of the whole trip. property management is key in any business function and this should be improved by the owner / manager. A very small disappointment to what was a fantastic property.

GBGBVery cool and incredibly comfortable RIAD. Location meant we could walk to big Square, Medina etc easily. Also easy to get a taxi from outside. Rooms are set up as doubles but two of the doubles are twin beds so great for sharing. One room on ground floor and three on first floor. There’s an en-suite, mirror and hairdryer in every room which suited our group of girls (note:no toilet door in three of the rooms so need to go when no one else in the room!). We loved the roof terrace (would recommend to owner to add a fridge up there) where we spent a lot of time. Sun loungers very comfortable and so were the beds themselves. Felt very well looked after.
No doors on toilets. Roof terrace would benefit from a fridge. Can be noisy the way noise travels from roof so bring ear plugs.
CAMost things were as expected. The place was clean and very confortable. Lamia cooked us breakfast and took good care of us. The host did his best to accommodate us the day of our departure.
The street noise and being in the construction area prevent of from using the rooftop.
GBThe riad was beautiful and was kept spotlessly clean. The open plan living area and the roof terrace was perfect for us. The bedrooms were all en-suite with lovely Moroccan toiletries provided and were great sizes. The bedding and pillows were super comfy! The riad is in a great, central location. It was a couple of minutes walk to the medina and about 10 minutes to the main square. Lamia the housekeeper was lovely. She prepared traditional Moroccan breakfasts for us each day which were great and we made arrangements for her to make dinner one evening which was the best food we had during our stay in Marrakesh!
