Hay una persona del staff, Raja, que todos los días nos hacía el desayuno y limpiaba la casa. Su atención fue exquisita. El establecimiento está a 10 minutos andando de la plaza Jemma el Fna, y además está situado junto al Palacio Real, por lo que había mucha policía y te sentías seguro.

La actitud del anfitrión, que sabiendo que el aparato de AC de una de las habitaciones estaba averiado, no dijo nada, lo ocultó y una de las parejas tuvo que dormir en pleno mes de agosto con un calor sofocante. La TV fue imposible utilizarla (John, otro huesped anterior también lo ha indicado). Había un problema eléctrico con uno de los interruptores de la planta baja, y cuando se accionaba se iba la luz en la primera planta. Y por último, si observas con detalle, hay zonas del riad que necesitan un repaso de pintura.

Nos encantó la casa, la decoración, muy bueno el aire acondicionado, la amabilidad de la chica que nos ponía el desayuno, venia a las 8 de la mañana y lo preparaba todo, además hacía la cama y limpieza de la casa a diario. La calle estrecha de la vivienda que daba al palacio Real siempre con policías las 24 horas del día. La zona tranquila fuera del bullicio, a unos 10 minutos andando a la plaza.

Pues lo menos fué las piscinas, hay 2, una en la planta baja y otra en la azotea con las tumbonas, muy bonita la terraza, pensábamos que eran más grandes. Los grifos de las duchas antiguos pero daban el habio. Como anécdota el aire acondicionado de la habitación de abajo empezó a gotear y caía encima de la cama el agua pero bueno eso son cosas que pasan y ya lo habrán arreglado.

The house helper was nice, always willing to help by translating using her phone. Breakfast was good, though it's the same food unless you tell them. Spacious and cleaned every day. Very accessible to the square, which was so great.

The TV has not been working since February, according to the reviews, and management has not done anything despite guests bringing it to their attention. They promised to come and no one turned up. So we kept ourselves entertained by playing cards for 7 days we stayed there as a family of 7.

Breakfast was great! amazing variety that was freshly made everyday by Raja who was so lovely. The villa was exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing. Will definitely be back!

The WiFi kept dropping in and out a few time which wasn’t great, not too much of a problem as we were out most of the day. I do love the layout of the rooms, I think it would be nice to have a curtain to separate the bathroom from the bedroom

The space roof top breakfast it was fab we loved our time there the gentleman that met us There was also amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and it was clean and tidy so happy with our stay

Nothing, we loved it all

What a wonderful 3 nights. We loved our stay and will be back. Clean tidy and exceptional housekeeper who really looked after us. Cabbot recommend it enough. It is a little loud at night but it was expected. Walking distance to the centre. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything was great, Rajae who prepared our breakfasts was super nice and amazingly helpful. Property was clean and comfortable. Location is good and close to everything.

Rajah made our stay wonderful. So kind and so helpful It was clean the breakfast was great. The location was perfect walking distance to Jemma el Fenaa and other place. Next year will be back. Thanks for the nice stay at youre riad.
