L’impossibilité de laisser les bagages avant 16h et après le depart. Il n’y a pas de consignes à bagages dans la Médina, pas très pratique surtout quand vous voyagez en groupe.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in a hotel in Morocco ! The riad was absolutely not as you can see in the pictures. When we arrived at 4.30pm the riad was not ready. cleaning personnel was still there so we had to wait a first time for the personnel to leave. We had to wait for one hour more for the check in : this is because when we accessed the property at 4.30pm so basically late, the guy who was supposed to check our IDs etc came after 1h and several calls. as soon as he came, I had a few questions I wanted to ask him and his only feedback was that he takes care of clients from Airbnb and as we booked via booking it is another person we have to talk to.. he was very arrogant and unrespectful. We tried to reach out to the other person with no success.. the next day we wanted to cancel the breakfast for the next day as one of the bed rooms is next to the kitchen and we wanted to avoid someone coming and making noise in the morning. The same, no phone answers whether calls or texts they were just ignoring us. so we had the cleaning lady coming making the breakfast... TV was not working, the microwave was not working, we have tried to reach out to the manager again using another phone number than mine, this time he answered, he said he will come by and that never happened. the riad was very cold and since the roof is open the water was at our living room. we were freezing and had the 6 of us to stay locked in a bad room. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were not for free !!! we had to pay extra if we wanted to use them and they were in a horrific condition and very dirty please see pictures even the water was green as no maintenance was done. There is also no parking around the house.. They have ruined our stay in Marrakech. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOUSE !!

Còmode, net i tranquil, a pocs minuts a peu del centre però allunyat de la multitud. Els esmorzars són de luxe i la noia que els prepara és molt amable.

The breakfast each day was different and delicious. She was an amazing cook and very nice. The host was very helpful and responsive when looking for the Riad. We were a bit turned around. The location was great. There was an amazing coffee shop down the street and very close to little shops and a pharmacy. Our family had a wonderful time staying here.
