TWNo breakfast. Table and chairs at the rest/study area is nice. Kind staff. Great washer and dryer machine in the room, very convenient. Clean facility.
No shampoo and conditioner filled at the bathroom, no replenishment.
USMOST of the staff went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. As a former Hilton hotels GM, if the room is ready and you have a guest who has been traveling all morning and just needs to freshen up before going back out for the evening... Don't be an ass about letting them check in 30 minutes early!!
The bed was TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. I did not have a single good night's sleep. Also, black out curtains would be very helpful in the rooms! This is AZ! .
