Really neat building, great staff, comfortable room, nice amenities.

One person at the reception desk was very friendly and willing to help. His name was Faray.

I had problems connecting to the wifi at my room. I addressed this at the reception desk. The person at the reception desk said that he would give notice to some technical department. This person also told me that I could connect to Wifi in the coffee and tea room . The person said that the Wi-fi address there is named is something about Phoenix. Later I realised that that was not at all true. The Wi-fi I could connect to there was My Kenect, so this person had given me the false information. I got the impression that this person didn't care. The day after I went to the reception again and asked how it was going with my wifei. I still hadn't connected to Internet. Someone else worked there then. That person told me that I could just connect to the neighbouring room. In other words it took some time before I got wifey connection, because I didn't get the proper information act a reception desk. Concerning connecting to wifi in the coffee and tea room, I got help from others in the coffee and tea room to do that, not from the reception desk. I was disappointed by the people at the reception desk. However, one person there was an exception. He was very helpful and friendly. His name was Faray.

We only had 1 knife very very small but cute.

They had my car towed. The person traveling with me was handicapped and we used the handicapped parking spot with the handicapped placard and they towed my car. Front desk gave the explanation that there was no parking for guests and that’s why they towed.

Check In desk person was missing. Had to call booking.com
