KRI had some issues with the Wifi, but customer service was very helpful and efficient.
USI like the location
There is no parking included with this day so they have an entire garage that is 60% empty that you cannot park in because it is for people who live at the apartments and their guests
USIt was clean and amenities were nice.
USClose to restaurants. Great staff. Self service coffee machine (lattes). Beautiful rooftop.
The smell of the cleaning products was over whelming, especially in the hallway. No on site parking. The bed was not comfortable.
USFriendly staff with a good location downtown. Having a studio apartment with amenities was very convenient. In particular, when I brought an issue to a member of the staff. Kira was effusive in her efforts to make everything better. This greatly improved my stay.
A downside to a studio apartment. You get to listen to all the appliances throughout the night. The blinds were also an issue, they didn't actually block out the lights of a city with an active nightlife.
DZUSUSIt is very centrally located next to the university and near the convention center. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Everything needed was at the apartment. Downstairs in the common area there was a free coffee machine that could make various drinks, water, and tea 24 hours a day.
The mattress was very soft.
AUUSFaRay at check-in was super friendly and informative. Shampoo, etc dispensers in shower were convenient and labels were easy to read. In general everything was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to convention center.
Kitchen knives were not very sharp.
