DKGood location downtown Phoenix, the place was very easy to access with clear instructions. The apartment was exactly as described and the size was perfect for my needs. I really appreciated being given the possibility to check in early. The staff was very responsive to messages in the app. The bed mattress is hard but it was comfortable to me.
A few small things could be improved. The online registration and rental contract signing process was quite cumbersome, although everything was easy after that step. The kitchen was not super well equipped, no real kettle for example. Walls were quite thin and I could hear conversations in the storage room next door very early in the morning. The bedroom was a bit dusty upon arrival. 10am check-out time is very early and not flexible.

USUSGreat value and facility is great with shared amenities as well as proximity to several places downtown.
The studios have a Murphy style bed which isn't terrible but may be an issue for some. Also located on the edge of ASUs campus so may be a plus or minus based on what you are looking to do.
USI loved the property! It’s so quiet and relaxing, nice staff very helpful. My favorite was the pool and lounge area, definitely enjoyed the coffee, love how it’s in the middle of everything it’s so convenient.
I know it’s for security purposes but having to have your key to go to different levels of the building is a bit aggravating, not having more towels in room and thankfully we didn’t have a car because there is no parking lot for parking.
USGood location in downtown Phoenix. New building, but clearly nonunion Subelt quality so it’ll be falling apart in a few years. Kinda nice to have in unit kitchen at that price since I needed to stay in for a few days to do work and could just grab some microwave food and crack on about it.
I think there’s a hair leak somewhere in the unit. The composite wood floors look like they have water damage already. That or housekeeping goes overboard on washing floors.
