The staff were extremely supportive and the building was clean

The Murphy bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin that I could feel the slats.

Everything was perfect, great location, great scenery, and wonderful front desk service. First time in Phoenix, and everyone there is beautiful and friendly.

The room has everything, good air conditioning, as it is necessary in Phoenix, refrigerator, stove, very nice stay.

few knives, the bed is reasonable, the TV control didn't work, but with a simple app you can solve this problem.but nothing that hindered the experience, because overall it's really cool

Large, clean, and comfortable apartment. Really liked the rooftop pool and BBQ areas.

Only 2 knives in the kitchen, which isn't enough if there's a dishwasher to use. Also no lamps in the living area which made it a little dark in the evening. Requested lamps and knives but none were delivered. My colleague's apartment was fully equipped with both.

Adorable little room had everything that you needed. Appreciated all the added extras like makeup wipes, a washer/dryer, etc. Great pool!

The person at the reception was especially helpful and kind, really appreciated his service. He went to fix an issue in my room and was always so polite and helpful. Washing machine and dryer in the room were very appreciated!

the room in general was not in such great condition. One light switch kept giving me electricity which was very scary. The bed was actually a sofa which I was not expecting. Some things in the room were broken (toilet paper hanger)

The place felt like a cute little apartment we really liked it, it was a nice space for the days we were staying the area was also nice where it is located would stay again for the looks of the apartment.

Our only issue me and my partner had was the bed was really uncomfortable we didn’t really get much sleep.

Here are the list of things I liked: 1. The overall design concept of the hotel. It's modern appeal gives a fresh take to travel experience. 2. The staff were very friendly. Makes your stay smooth and warm. 3. The room is spacious and comfortable. 4. The room has appliances that you'd normally need for long stays - own 2 door ref, washing machine and dryer, stove.

As a traveler, here are the things I didn't like much about the stay. It's not really a deal breaker but I hope can be addressed by the owner/manager of the hotel. 1. Bidet - wash is better than wipe. 2. My room in particular was not thoroughly cleaned. I saw nail clippings on the floor - yuck. There were some dusts build up given that there are many stuff in the room. My take here is that, if you want to have it look IG worthy, make sure the upkeep is also maintained. 3. The noise / sound from the other room can sometimes be heard. It meant that we have thin walls. 4. The biggest issue for me was the lack of curtain to block off light. It's not really drapes like you see in hotels, but a thin roll up/down screen which is not enough for total privacy and/or dark room for quality sleep.

Affordable, clean, efficient little kitchen, quiet, modern.

Ice maker in fridge didn't work. Wifi a little spotty at times.
