WoodSpring Suites Winston-Salem near Hanes Mall

I liked the property until the first night.

The people there were thieves and had a tendency to steal money.

It was in a great location

The smell of cigarettes and dog was very strong. The random screams in the middle of the night by kids, loud music. No breakfast. Decent stay. Won’t be back.

The staff was wonderful and the room was also.

Being on the 5th floor 🤣

Where do I start, as soon as you walk into the lobby the smell of Marijuana hits you in the face. The gentleman that took my information was so high on something he couldn't see anything my name on the paper and the computer screen. We stayed on the 4th floor and every floor reeked of weed.. and the company that this establishment allows was not great especially traveling with my teenage sons.
