The noise the stairway noise make the doors be slamming. And be loud.I could hear my neighbor TV all night.No pots in the room & who wants to buy pots on vacation to use in the room.

Close to where I needed. The staff were kind and helpful.

It was very expensive for how bad the facilities were. The bed was uncomfortable, the hallways stunk.

Nothing horrible smell of cigarettes and weed

The smell was so strong I got sick

When we arrived we were offered a room with two queen beds instead of two queens with a sofa. We were traveling with 5 people so having two beds was a big issue. The hotel said although we booked and confirmed a different room they do not guarantee you get the room you booked. We had traveled from out of town with three kids and were offered the opportunity to cancel with a full refund at 9:30 at night. That seemed like a ridiculous offer. The room itself was dirty! The wall by the trash can in the kitchen had chunks of food and stains on it. The floor was dirty and sticky. The blanket was a colored sheet. And for a party of five we only got four pillows. We were told we could go to Walmart to buy another.

I loved that the bathroom was huge and the tv was also huge. Loved how big the rooms were and that the kitchen sink was spacious

I didnt like the price per night and being on the 5th floor. But other than that. Excellent stay!

Check in is at 3, and couldn't get a room until after 7 bc their short staffed. Ended up canceling my room, had to argue with Booking to get a refund, stayed at a different hotel and will never plan to stay here again.
