I loved how spacious the hotel was, and it wasn’t noisy at all.

I wish that breakfast was offered, that’s all.

The only thing I liked was da manger that was on duty that night

Nothing at all rooms was dirty and was marked as clean

The place was clean

You had to turn in your dirty towel before u can get clean ones i have never had to do that any where when u finish your bath or shower u had to take the dirty one back

Well I had a reservation for two nights and confirmation number and when I showed up as a single mother with two young boys in the car late at night I was told there were no rooms available. So I’m stuck in a city alone with 2 kids no where to stay because this hotel decided to give my room away I had reserved. So no you will not get a good review from me and I will never trust this hotel again to keep a reservation. This hotel put me and my sons at risk. Why? Isn’t a reservation good anymore these days? People put faith in a hotel to have their room when they get there. If a hotel can’t keep a reservation for people they aren’t reliable.

The fact that I had no room to stay on even though gad reserved it and had a confirmation number to prove it a person at the desk hung up on me.

Staying since 04/22/2026 til now 05/17/2026 paid over $3000.00 because of messed up bookings from front desk staff being incompetent. One told me to only book online. The other told me to boom up front where she charged me double. No duvet on bed for first three weeks. Constant issues with room keys. Do not stay here if you are a traveler for the hospital: they don’t give discounts.

Booking mistakes constantly cost me my whole paycheck!

Beds are comfortable but you have to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag.

Smells like weed everywhere
