Cosy self contained cottage with stunning views

Everything. Such a nice place. So peaceful and Roisín is so welcoming. Highly recommend

We enjoy the wonderful view and the cosy atmosphere of the place ! It was also funny with the ducks :-). The place had all what we need to stay for one night and the hosts were really nice and available.

Had an absolutely amazing few days at the cottage! The facilites were fantastic. Róisín and Charlie left fresh eggs, milk, bread and jam for us which were lovely to have each morning for breakfast! The highlight for us were the resident geese who took frequent dips in their paddling pool next to the cottage. Would love to come back again! Thank you so much Róisín and Charlie!

Nothing! I would just recommend to people thinking of booking to have your own car and not be relying on public transport. However, the hosts left a booklet with taxi numbers and there is a lovely local taxi man named John who brought us in and out of the pub!

We had a short but wonderful stay in the cosy cottage this week! It was easy to find and extremely comfortable and cosy! Roisín met us on arrival and showed us around..the cottage is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Beautiful views of the lake..Roisín is a wonderful, kind and friendly host and we will be back to visit again for sure!

Roisin is a wonderful host, she hsd gluten free bread for me. Organic eggs and fabalous marmalade.. the views of the Shannon are stunning Very private. I loved The quietness of the countryside with no traffic noise at all though its close to busy road. Its in the country and close to Ballina and lots of walks and lake access locally.

I only stayed one night

Bread, milk, butter in the fridge and tea and coffee in the kitchen to meet my needs for breakfast, I did not arrive until 10:30 had a great nights sleep, Great facilities and very clean and quite.

Has everything you’d ever need. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The view to the lake is stunning.
