We liked the comfort, coziness and security of this modern two-storey apartment. It is well equipped and has easy access and parking for two cars. Everything worked perfectly.

Maybe it's a NZ thing, but there was no coffee machine, only a plunger. The windows throughout and sliding entrance door are all double glazed. However, the apartment is on a main one-way street and despite the excellent sound proofing, drag-racing noises late on Friday and Saturday nights woke us up. It may bother other light sleepers like us.
