The location was good & room was decent.

I was denied checkin saying online booking was full whereas rooms through offline booking was available. I had to pay higher amount than the one shown in app. I was given room no 305 and i was asked to make the payment to the personal number of receptionist. No entry was done in register and ID was also not collected. There was no soap in the room, fan was not working, intercom was neither working. Had to sleep with open window for air.

Firstly we paid in full in advance for 3x trips size rooms, but when we reached hotel they told us there are only 2 rooms available. This is ridiculous, how can they overbook!!!? We had to adjust ourselves in 2 rooms one of them was smaller than the sizes we opted for. There were several things wrong with smaller room. 1) No phone to call the reception or staff, I had to physically go to reception every time I needed something. 2) Toilet wasn't clean, you can see the photo I attached. 3) Very dirty pillows, see the photo I attached. 4) Unfinished ceiling. 5) No towels for guests. Overall one of the worst experience. If you are booking here then call them and confirm, otherwise they will overbook!!

Shower not working and cockroaches are all over room. Tv not working its not worth for the pay worst rooms and service. Washrooms not neat.
