Disappointing, we arrived at the apartment and it smelled strongly of cigarettes, things were broken, the walls, floors, and the bathroom were all dirty. It was disgusting. I couldn't stay in the apartment and they didn't refund me. I spent over £700 and only stayed for 1 night, because the apartment was uninhabitable.

Reasonable value for large modern apartment

Lack of basic supplies

Nice comfortable and quiet apartment, very centrally located, accessible to all places, restaurants and shops. The apartment has got almost all basic amenities. Room and floor heating is good.

1) My apartment was on the 2nd floor and the steps are a bit narrow. There is no lift facility in the building. It will be nice if the apartment floor is mentioned in the advertisement so that (elderly) people can plan about bringing in their heavy luggage.. 2) Maybe a few more new vessels for the pan (there were adequate ceramics for the microwave). 3) The bath is a bit small; so the drain may clog up a bit fast 4) Would be nice to have a bigger and better cloth hanging rod.

Location. Five minutes from train station. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out.

Modern flat, very clean and perfect location

The fact that we weren’t given enough towels for us 4 neither bed sheets for the sofa bed even tho they knew it there was 4 of us.

It was nice and modern and the location was excellent.
