Apartment was very old and noisy.

Im going to try my best to get it done they also took my ear pods as well and they show on my map that they are there. There was mold in my room, there was open soap and dead roach on the wall etc etc just nasty

This apartment was in a terrible condition, with dampness in the kitchen, and, additionally, the beds were broken. It was so repelling that we immediately left the premises right after check-in. I would not consider staying there again, even if I were paid to do so.

I like the location of the property.

I don't like the fact that they have roches over the room, bathroom is tiny and door doesn't closed.

TV w the Simpsons show - but every 30 seconds it would freeze

NO AC The owner did not respond to any of our messages No extra towels Bugs Our taxi driver said he used to work there and that the place is super old and will probably collapse in less than 5 years... and after this stay I believe it.

The proximity to the beach was handy and the pool was heated which was nice.

Unfortunately, whilst we weren't expecting the Ritz for this price it still wasn't worth the money. The wifi was so poor we could barely connect to it - often being 'connected without internet'. The wifi was for the whole building and we just couldn't get on it at all - barely even in the lobby. We had booked the studio to be able to work in the mornings and then explore for the afternoons but with no wifi we had to get extra taxis super early in the morning to crash some hotel lobbies and cafes spending more money than we intended to be able to work. The lack of wifi was so disruptive to our trip that it really dampened it. When we enquired if there was additional private wifi in the flat or if the building wifi was going to be fixed we were told: 1. Maybe someone is downloading lots of movies by reception and 2. there is no other wifi and we don't issue refunds for wifi issues by the property owner. There was no other discussion or attempt to help remedy the situation. The AC also broke 4 days into our 10 night trip and wasn't fixed before the end. No one informed us of anything and when we asked what was going on we were told that the AC was broken for the whole building and they didn't know when it was going to be fixed. On top of being unable to work, we were then unable to sleep as it was 85F in the room. The location was fine and what we expected, as was the flat itself - pretty basic- but the service and basic facilities that we really needed which we meant to be there according to the listing were just not up to scratch. One night we came back and there were police all around the entrance where someone had died in one of the condos too so that didn't really help the mood of our trip either.
