Better services I couldn't get in touch with any for towel and washcloths. I Had to rewash the five towels and 2 washcloths that we was giving over and over. I had to buy more washcloth, towels, and tissue.

The beach access and location.

The bathroom was filthy and there was hair in the shower. One of the comforters was falling apart. The bathroom and bedroom are tiny. The restaurant was closed. The gate from the beach doesn't always open forcing you to walk down the street to come back up to the main entrance.

The room was OK and the pool excellent . However, the whole building is looking tired and could do with a refurbishment especially the passage carpets.

The beach view was nice, the beach was accessible.

They don't tell you when you book, that it doesn't include housekeeping, matter of fact they charge you for cleaning. They don't change or give you additional towels not even extra toilet paper. When you travel from out of state it's difficult to be packing towels with all the restrictions the airlines have. When I go to a hotel I expect to have clean towels every day and extra towels if needed specially going to the pool and beach with 2 little girls. I was told I had to wash my own towels. I don't go on vacation spend so much money on my stay to have to go do laundry. Very dissatisfied. Never again would I book with booking.com and I will let everyone I know to think 🤔 really hard before using this app.

The location is nice. The ocean/beach is beautiful.

The room was not what it was advertised to be. It was unsafe and unhealthy. Nothing worked in the room and it was dirty. Never ever again. After complaining to the owner of unit 801, he would not make things right and sent me an email asking me to leave him a 10 star review and then tell him in private my improvement suggestions and then he would give me 20% off our next stay there. NO WAY! I will not lie and say your place was in any way even a 2 star. There was mold, horribly filthy air filter, no smoke alarm that worked, cracked-sharp tile, broken glass found from last renter and property they had left under the bed, oven/stove did not work when we arrived, blow dryer did not work, the electrical outlet was coming off the wall in the bathroom, the other electrical outlets crackled when we used them, all the cupboards and medicine cabinet were dirty not even wiped or cleaned. I feel bad for the next family who thinks they are getting a safe clean place. I am also disappointed in booking.com for advertising this rental and not verifying that it is true and factual by the pics and advertisement. Not happy or satisfied with this experience.
