Exclusive and spacious apartment in city center

The kitchen had everything that can be necessary

The apartment was full of dust, we find it under the beds ,on the rugs, behind the couch. The room weren't big enough for a family of four. Moreover there was only one wardrobe and was full of things of the owner. In addition there was the washing machine and the drying machine, but couldn't be used.

Beds ok. Kitchen good. Location good.

Pickup of key a bit complex. Dirty fridge with old food! Dirty rooms. Pans extemly dirty. Toilet not fixed. No instruction/information list! Ungentle and educational service. Not in any way exclusive. Very loud. Price far too high for this apt.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Lots of basics like chin and cups etc. could easily cook anything if needed.

Would have been nice to have coffee capsules for coffee machine. That’s it.

Unfortunately I forgot my sweater and pants there that I put in the closet, but they never sent them to me. This means that the staff is taking things for themselves, so be careful.

Nice apartment, close to the train station. It is located in the ground floor and close to the street so there could be some noise during the nights. Booking.com mentions that it includes a washing machine and dryer but then I got a message saying it was only for the cleaners (they mentioned I could try to use it but they should specify it properly). I arrived and we did not have towels (they were brought in the evening after I called to remind them to bring them).

Only the location was ok. There were a few drink and sketchy people infront of the 7-11, but if you don’t pass there by night , you will be ok

1. The word SPACIOUS from the name of this apartment is far from true. Room are around 8sqm, and there is only one tiny bathroom 2. The apartment is on the street level and it is under a severe need for renovation 3. Both rooms were extremely cold , but the living room was warm. 4. There is a coffee machine but there was not even coffee in the apartment. 5. The Host asked me for an extra charge when I asked for an invoice. And that charge was 40 euros per stay (we had the apartment booked 2 times in 1 week). So, 80 euros to issue something that is mandatory. They said it is a service fee ???
