Exclusive and spacious apartment in city center

Location was good and the apartment looked good and had everything neccessary.

Check-in was about 1 hour later than was supposed to. Apartment was cold - no heat in the bathroom or hallway. Livingroom had heat, but even if we put it to 26 degrees we had to sit under blankets. Front door was leaking both cold and noise - you could hear everything happening outside. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Mattress in one bedroom was too old and not comfortable. Floors weren't clean and bathroom was old and tired. No place or hangers to put away your clothes - cupboard in one bedroom was full of other stuff.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

Very nice and cozy apartment located in a cool area, close to the city center and many of the attractions. The apartment was well equipped and comfortably fitted with nice decoration which renders the stay nice. The access to the key and check out was well organized and the landlord was responsive and helpful. It was an easy to find location with a lot of parking space in front and around the block. Tram and bus stops are very close.

The inner entrance and courtyard where the apartment is situated were very dirty and have trash bags and cans lying around which does not give you the best of the impressions when you are accessing the apartment. This is probably not the landlords' fault but it would be way better if the neighbors would take care of the place. We found the linen and towels still in the dryer, not ironed...minor issue but certainly it would give a better impression to the guests if that was taken care of before arrival.

Beautiful and cozy apartment. Host made our coming and staying really enjoyable. Great place to stay with kids. There are grocery shops nearby and apartment has all cooking facilities we needed. You can park the car right next to the entrance (just make sure you pay for the parking :)

The location of the apartment is great. Also so comfortable.

Location

It was very cold in the apartment. Bedding was not the best. Only 3 towels provided.

The apartment is spacious for 4-5 persons.

Only 1 heater is on when we arrive and it’s very cold. So when need to find where are the other heater to warm the apartment and it takes long time to warm the apartment. There were No floor heating which walking inside is very cold on your feet. Even though all the heater was ON it is still cold inside. Not recommended during winter.
