Its far from the city centre & the cark park is located quite far.

It was cold. That's the only good thing to say about it.

Did not want to leave a bad review but after some thought, decided to write this. When we got to the apartment just after 3pm, the place was not cleaned or made up since the previous occupants left. We called the number given and soon two cleaners arrived and cleaned the place. Great. But the issue is you have a check out time of 12pm. Check in at 3pm. The owners excuse was that the lifts were busy and the cleaners couldn't get to the rooms in time. That's 3 hours to clean. I don't see how this is the problem of the people who are checking in next. Yes the place was crowded but if you're running it shouldn't you know how to overcome this? Overall the rooms were ok though because of the cold at night you could hear a lot of noises of items contracting due to the change in temperature. Parking is a bit of a nuisance as you have to park in another building and then take two separate lifts to get to your apartment. The first set of lifts from the parking serves the hotel and two other buildings. A bit ridiculous for just 4 elevators doing all this work. So yes it was crowded and difficult to get an elevator when we checked in. Will we stay again? Not during a public holiday or peak season. Guessing the rest of the time it's ok.

The location is great. The kitchen provides full equipment for cooking, got water dispenser machine. However they only give plastic plates and bowl. The cleaning dishes sponge was not replaced with new one. The mattress is very comfortable..

The cleanliness is very poor. The tiles, walls, doors are dirty with stain and is very sticky. The furnitures especially the sofa is full with stain and looks disgusting. The toilet give out unpleasant odour especially in the master bedroom due to poor ventilation. Have to open the sliding door if not feel suffocated due to the odour. There’s also mold along the silicon grout in the toilet. Very dirty. The sink vanity is also falling apart. Very sad about the condition like it was not maintained at all.
