Lif sangat slow. 35 minit tunggu utk turun lobi. Parking jauh kena berjalan 20 minit. 2-3x naik turun lif kerana parking 2 blok jarak. Kena drop barang dulu untuk parking. Sangat bahaya untuk anak kecil/oku

After getting in to the room, found that one of the room has no power, the hair dryer was not working, texted the PIC, they able sorted it the issues immediately, fixed the power and changed to new dryer. Overall experience was good.

If we could checked in inside the building at the lobby, instead of outside the entrance, if clear weather should be good if it's rainy days it will be very troublesome with luggage and to sort things out for 1st timer. Clear signage at the very front entrance near the petrol station, will be very helpful
