"Expensive but well equipped and great location."

Fantastic location, nearly everything you needed was there.

Beds were very firm to the point of being uncomfortable and every time you moved the bed squeaked being metal framed. TV for some reason only had 4 channels programmed in not even the usual basic BBC 1&2, ITV, Channel 4. Door was hard to lock but soon cleared up with a call to the office.

"Nice house in great location. Shame about the uncomfortable beds."

The downstairs is lovely and modern, and the kitchen/dining room is great for socialising. The property is very well located for getting around in York.

The bed were noisy and uncomfortable. The first night two of us ended up sleeping on the sofas and the next night we put the mattresses on the floor.
