very clean and bright condo. the kitchen has everything you need from coffee machine to cutlery. the bicycle was a huge plus and thee facilities like the gym, pools, garage are very nice. plus the 24/7 concierge made us feel very safe when arriving at night.

it’s not regarding the property itself but the owner/manager of the condo we stayed. during our 9 days stay the power went out twice, and the internet once (for the entire day 8:30am to 6:30pm). we weren’t mad at the power cuts but at the lack of communication from the owner/manager. we completely understand this things happen specially in a town with so many constructions going on, but they could’ve told us even a few hours before - as they get notified a few days beforehand and we know they do. we both work remotely and that had a big impact in our stay. hope they improve their communication with future guests.

Location was good as were all of the amenities on site (pool, gym, bar). Staff onsite friendly however these aren't staff employed by spot. Spot rental team quick to reply on occasion

Construction noise!!!! Ask to be in an apartment this in tower B. Tulum is under massive development and most places give an indication or reduction in price if it's likely to disturb your stay. We were told about this and building started every morning at 8am with angle grinders and heavy machinery. Spot rentals tried to change our room only on our second toast night we complained on the morning after our arrival and since we didn't hear back from them we made plans which had us out of the apartment ever day by 8am so we didn't get woken. Some would say not a big deal but we would have had other options not to stay somewhere and get disturbed. I will say overall good stay just try to work out any noise before arrive Second point they need to provide hand towels and hand soap

I loved how clean the property was overall. The rooftop pool and bar were awesome! Staff and security around the clock were super attentive and helpful with making us feel welcome and safe throughout our entire stay.

Needed more toilet paper, bigger trash cans and lock on patio door.

The best place I’ve been in Mexico! The apartment was clean, the bed was insanely comfortable! Staff at reception were very kind and keen to help. There is a bicycle available in the balcony. The two swimming pools are really amazing and we enjoyed twice the comfort of the private cinema which is really awesome!

The only thing missing is free water.

Really lovely new spacious condo. Very close to a large supermarket. Great pools that weren't very busy. Nice to be able to use the facilities pre and post check-in/out. Good response and help from host when we had questions and when we had an issue with the Aircon. Very good value on a last minute deal.

Need to buy or filter your own drinking water. No extra bin bags or products to wipe surfaces meant cleaning up was a bit of a faff. Bike rental was cheaper off-site.
