"Superb"

Amazing rooftop with nice beds to sunbathe. Nice and modern. Room was spacious with smart TV (netflix included).

We had a ground floor room which meant our balcony was right next to the ground floor pool, not a big issue though as the room was very nice.

"Overall great, would return. Needs better management."

Clean, good location, welcoming environment. Management of the property were not in good contact with us, was hard to reach them and get any information.

No one answered their phones. Was hard to find contact for a few questions we had, about locking the door etc.

The aesthetic was nice and the pool was nice if only it wasn’t freezing cold.

The entire room was dirty from the beginning. We entered and noticed it wasn’t really cleaned well and we had to wait a while to receive a key and then the safe also was not working. The microwave also was not working until I realized it was turned off on the electrical switch board. They never showed us how to unlock the stove. Anytime I called the lobby for assistance they said it’s Airbnb so we have to contact them. And whenever id email I never got a response or it was so late.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Rooftop was good.

White ceiling lights in the room was quite annoying and there was no lamp. Fridge in the room was too noisy

The owner didn’t pay the electrical bill and the reception shut off all power for the foreseeable. We couldn’t get hold of the bloke that owned the apartment and paid £55 for the remaining three nights.

"Perfect location flat in Tulum"

Good location, close to everything, supermarket across the road. Good size room, kitchen well equipped, huge bed, nice swimming pool.

I’ve arranged to clean our flat, well, that never happened. Pillows are terrible, very not comfortable, so lumpy. Really need a long mirror! Shower was very hot at first for 2 mins and then just warm. Handyman was fixing something and he started to bang on the wall at 9am! No Bathmat to step out the shower.

Clean and quite. Close to the super market, restaurants.

Host is not responsive AT ALL. Did not give a room number and wifi code upon arrival. It took us extra time waiting for the front desk to get in touch of the host. Asked for some towels and toilet paper never get replied. Safety lock is locked/unable to use.

The location is close to amenities, grocery stores and bars and eateries.

I was not told that I had to request linen and towel changes.
