Breakfast tasted amazing and reasonably priced. It was super easy to check in and out and the facilities were beautiful.

It was sad that the rooftop pool was closed

Please be careful with your belongings here. On my last morning before checking out I went out and came back and had bank cards and cash stolen from my bag. The host has claimed no one in their team entered the room however there were staff outside in the hallway near our room the morning this happened so I suspect they went in before we came back.

The apartment complex is lovely and has really good amenities.

Horrible hosts. Our electricity went out one afternoon and it took them 24 hours to reply to us to offer another room. I had to book another hotel for the night and wouldn't get compensated for the other room.

Staying here was great. The location is fantastic - close to lots of lovely cafés and restaurants. The supermarket is close to, which is handy. The property has two pools to relax in, with the one on the roof being a real highlight. The room was spacious and the kitchen had everything you need. I really enjoyed staying here.

The complex is really nice. Beautiful pool area, alright location, and the apartment itself is also nice.

The host was really not attentive when I needed help over WhatsApp. The checkin process was complicated, and I was not properly supported. During one of the days, power went out in the entire complex, and there was no form of communication or support around this - I know the host can't fix it, but it's their responsibility to make my vacation as pleasant as possible. The reception required for you to ask permission before using the gym, which is also strange. Why do I need permission to use an amenity that's included in the stay.

The best stay in Mexico so far. Apartment was new and fresh. Very convenient location, close to the supermarket, I’ve rented a bicycle and it took only 15 min to get to the beach. They also have a beautiful rooftop pool and bar, which is great! I was also enjoying to watch the sunset there. The Main Street with bars and cafes is also 5 min walk. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

OK location, easy to park on the street, clean room.

The AC wasn't working properly the first two nights, making noises and leaking. After they fixed it, I was locked out of my room and had to threaten to call the police for someone to come and help me get inside. Also that roof pool is very small and shallow.

The apartments belong to different owners which you get assigned to when randomly when booking with booking. This means that if you ask you change, they might not have despite the building being very empty (this was our case because of the construction noise). Not a great feeling
