Menesse Tulum Luxury Apartments by Spot Rentals

Beautiful apartment and experience we had. It was just great, the location is great. There are 2 pools, one on the roof and one between the buildings with a chill zone. Both amazing! We also got a message from owner how we doing if everything is ok. We stayed for 4 nights and if I ever again come back to Mexico, I would stay there again. Great price and nice service. Uncomparable with Playa del Carmen or Cancun.. Tulum was the best experience!

Perfectly clean, located in the city center

Amazing apartment with wonderful facilities! The rooftop pool was superb and the apartment was beautiful and well-furnished. The location was good, walking distance from major areas of Tulum plus a huge supermarket across the street.

The room didn't get cleaned at all while I was staying, which became quite inconvenience with accumulated trash. The pool became a bit dirty too, needs to be cleaned more regularly. Perhaps the host could arrange this. Also there should be some communal products to use in the apartment (e.g. seasonings for cooking, laundry powder, etc.)

The grocery store was a cross the street. There were resturants up and down the highway. I liked my personal pool, and the first floor pool with the waterfall.

Soo.. staff was ok. However anything that happened ( like my private pool got clogged and kept making noises for a couple of hours above my head) they would say call the owner of the condo..they need to give them.more authority to take care of that stuff. The owner of the condo I was in basically said he would have to come take care of it the next day. Luckily, it slowed down, but he still came while I was gone on a tour. I didn't like that we had to sign out to use the gym. That was weird? Why? So what is no one else ? Use the gym while you are there? 🤷🏾‍♂️ with all that being said it was good for the price for four days. Very good.

Good location, large appartement, great price.

Every apartement is individualy owned and if you need anything the front desk will not help you. We got 2 towels and 2 roles of toillet paper for 7 days stay. We asked the host if it would be possible to get a hair dryer he said yes but after that messaflge we never heard from him again. The pool on the roof was never cleaned and it was filthy.

Everything was SUPER clean and the food was AMAZING. And looked exactly how it was displayed in the pictures

The only thing that was a downfall was that there wasn’t any washer and dryer in the unit or on the property. But don’t worry there is a laundromat directly across the road.

Amazing room and views of the pool Great size for any couple The best part is the location. Perfect for being in the city of tulum and options for food are endless
