Host never answer my questions. The sheets are very rough.

Property was very nice, especially for the price. Allows you to see more of the real side of Tulum, which we loved. Would definitely recommend to others.

There were no wash clothes provided so I would recommend bringing your own. As well as communicating with the owner prior to check in as we had some difficulties checking in due to no communication.

No cleaning service There was a white stain on the bed sheets. We really want to believe it was a yoghurt… Ants in the kitchen

Great apartment in a really good spot across the road from the supermarket and 5/10 min walk to the centre of town and all amenities including good bike and car hire.Great to have air con as very hot and humid. Reception staff helpful for booking taxis. 2 Lovely pools and a gym for general use and the private plunge pool with the apartment was great too but note access to it is up some steep narrow stairs. Lifts working which is always a bonus. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if visiting Tulum and wanting to stay in the old town. If you hire bikes it is a 20 min cycle to the free beaches and beach hotel area. Also loads of taxis available which reception will book for you

Fridge in second bedroom very loud, we had to pull it out to turn it off. These apartments with the plunge pool are actually 2 apartments joined together. Could do with some normal glasses and enough sun loungers for 4, there were only 2 and we were 3 people.

- No contact with host - key instruction was given and that's it - tried to text and call both numbers for 2 days - no response - There's no security box in the room! Even advertised in the offer - There's another room/apartment connected with doors made of paper - you'll hear everything! even whispering - Fridge is super noisy - need to be turned off for the night - Parking is a joke - condominium has 140 apartments and.... 6 parking spaces! You have to be first to get it, there's no reservation - Street the condo is located, has no street lights

No pot lids. Not enough shampoo or soap.

The apartment was situated in the most perfect area, surrounded by excellent facilities. There was a convenient supermarket nearby, along with various ATV and bike rental shops, and it was just a short distance from the strip with all the popular beach clubs

Unfortunately our room had an outlook of the road and building . I was disappointed we did not have the outlook as shown in the photos (I.e. pool area). Also no mattress cover on bed and one thin sheet I felt was inappropriate. I had to buy a mattress cover from store. There was little cleaning equipment for an eight day stay, however when I asked our host quickly provided a clearer to come to our Unit. I would stay again but only if guaranteed the view from balcony as shown in pics.

No breakfast offered

Just the room pool needs to be cleaner or covered until a guest comes. Didn't use it. Used rooftop pool only. Owner responded promptly when he was texted with answers.
