De hygiëne en locatie, ondanks dat je toch aan een drukke straat zit is het onwijs rustig

Dat vooraf niet duidelijk was dat de rooftop pool in verbouwing was.. dit was toch een van de redenen dat ik voor dit appartement had gekozen

Stanza relativamente pulita (le federe dei cuscini avevano delle macchie e siamo stati costretti ad usare delle nostre magliette per coprire la federa) Aria condizionata che punta sul letto e, se la tieni accesa, ti congeli Frigo in camera che fa un rumore fortissimo

Location Apartment building itself was very lovely just not our unit (lovely looking but had safety concerns) and there was safe parking for rental car in a garage on property.

The AC split in the bedroom leaked water and dropped on us in the bed. It began to make extremely loud noises that woke us up and out of fear we turned the AC off so it became very hot. In the morning there was water all over the side table and floor. The shower water pooled and backed up to mid ankle so it did not drain properly. There was a water leak in the kitchen ceiling that dripped on the floor and we had to put a catch under it. We notified the staff of all of these issues the first day and then the day of the water leak. They continued to say contact the host which we were unable to do through WhatsApp and the day of the water leak the staff came up to take pictures but nothing was done. We asked the staff again to contact the owner and he did and we finally were able to. The staff said the water would have to be shut off which would make the unit uninhabitable but nothing was done. The water stayed on but we didn't feel safe. Our final morning at around 5 am the jets in the upstairs pool began loudly which woke us up. The upstairs pool bathroom had no toilet seat. There's a lot of potential and parts were amazing. We were grateful but concerned.

Rooftop, the style and location

Dirty and loud private pool, barking dogs all night, very small appartment, no hand towel, towel not very clean, no cable or netflix, bed uncomfortable, sheets uncomfortable, water outage, bat cavern over patio from a missing plank (2 bats fell on us),

We really enjoyed staying there. The bed was comfy (hard but that’s how we like it), aircondition, balcony, some kitchen tools to do easy cooking and a big refrigerator. We had a small pool to ourselves, but there were almost no sun on that side and it made a lot of sound sometimes at the sleeping area. Nice pool at top roof for everyone, self check in, gym and some mingling area that was very nice. Eduardo the receptionist did help us with all our activities like cenotes, diving, rent bicycle and Sian kaan tour. He was fabulous and made our stay perfect!

The gym is definitely not like in the picture and has seen better days.

A great location.

The first day, we were bitten by something that was on the mattress, perhaps fleas or bedbugs. We asked about housekeepers service, but there was non-existent (not even by an additional pay). Almost halfway through our stay, we were woken up about 3am with violent knocks on our door. It was people from the administration asking us for permission to enter our apartment with stairs and other tools, to get to another apartment from there and try to open it (not even the one next to us). I wrote a message reporting this to the person in charge of my reservation, but I never received a response. They offer services that they do not have, such as an iron, a sun umbrella and others that do not exist and when you ask for them at reception they excuse themselves by saying that they are individual administrators, who never appear and do not give any response.

Fantastic location. Close to the grocery store and all the restaurants. Easy to get to the beach.

Nothing it was perfect.
