Amazing Ocean View-Newly Renovated Modern Oasis

Great location and easy access. Beautiful kitchen with everything we needed.

Fully equipped house - very comfortable and convenient. Spacious upstairs with kitchen, dining and living room.

Love the view. I loved the upper layout. Access to store, pier, and shops. Love the interaction when I had questions or concerns. Love how quiet the area was good for relaxing.

Please only take my notes into consideration. You do have an amazing home, and I want you to continue to be successful. Wish the entrance had a ramp if we wanted to bring elderly for future stay with extended family. Dirty dishes found in cabinet. Livingroom furniture wasn't comfortable. Used dryer, and a lot of lint in trap had to scrub it out. Suggestions: I had seen a lot of ants or very small bugs in the living around the sliding door. Could the cleaners use a good bug spray around the doors to prevent future infestation? A lot of mosquitos - maybe fog around property before the next guest arrives. Would have loved an awing or umbrella for the deck. Black spots found: on ceiling in upper bathroom, living room vent on wall, and first bedroom on left. Vents need to be cleaned inside and out. especially the one outside the game room in the front. Someone should check the game room and make sure everything is accounted for, including the beach chest. Check list for cleaner and someone to audit cleaners. Soft spot on floor by the sliding door next to TV. If you stand in front of the sliding door, it will be to the left when opening it.
