Great location. Very nice view of Tromso. VERY large bathroom in a nice size apartment (we were only 2 people). Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Talked a couple times with the owner, he seemed to be a very nice guy but he is not the one managing your stay. Company managing the stay were quite responsive via private message. House rules were generally clear and well detailed. 3 min drive to city center or you can walk about 30 min crossing the bridge, very convenient.

Door knob/key lock were a nightmare as we had to fight and struggle to open/close the door every time for 4 days. The key could not enter/get out of the lock. A real hassle. Beds are freakishly small if 2 people sleep in the same bed (one bed is 100% NOT suitable for 2 adults...1 adult or maybe 2 kids at best). Beds are too soft. If you have back/neck issues, you'll feel it. No shower gel provided (info should be given before arrival). Dishes were not properly cleaned. Some water leftover in the teapot, from when...I don't know. Garbage disposal instructions are incomplete. They offer you to pay for a secured parking spot. However, I felt robbed of the amount I paid because your parking spot is actually RIGHT in front of your OWN DOOR (and nowhere else). Seems more like an excuse to make some extra money. Free parking should definitely be included. You'll need to unplug the wifi router from it's entrance location and replug it in the living room in order to get some connection. Hair dryer was missing while we asked 2 days prior for confirmation there would be one. When they say "streaming services" it's just a smart TV...there is no house account of streaming services.
