The view was amazing, very clean and convenient to walk to the ocean.

No bathtub lit, my calls where not attended to, not enough pots and juice classes for a self catering, the staff did not explain somethings to us, we had to ask around. Please change the beds our backs are killing us.

The place was clean and the view was exceptional.What you see in the pictures is what you get.

Poor communication When you call them they do not answer, tried calling all of the nu mbers provided and nothing which is very bad especially if there is an emergency When it was time to check out we struggled to a point that we almost missed our flight When it was time for us to get our deposit, We had to fight with them.

The location is exceptional

The carpets are dirty, the couch has stains, these an unpleasant insense smell. There's an irioning board that broke while I was ironing, they took my deposit for an ironing board that was close to breaking.

"R500 breakage fee not refunded, and there's no reason"

I ve waited till today I wanted to give a good review about this place, but the owners of this apartment are making it impossible for me to do so they have erased everything good I had to say about it. I booked this place on the 25th November to check out the next day and fully paid on booking.com. The owners demanded for me to pay a breakage fee of R500 into their business account before I get the keys,of which I understand as it is refundable if one doesn't break anything in 7days after checking out as per their rules. I have been in contact with them ever since asking for my refund. BUT they keep on promising paying to no success and keep on asking for my banking details but no proof of payment , still no refund. Today it is the 17th of December .My question is how many people have they done this to? I dont care how small this amount is, but it is my money I want it back. why are they keeping it if I didnt break anything? . They have no reason to keep it at all. Im disappointed I find it very unprofessional. I feel robbed a DAYLIGHT ROBBERY .I think they should find another reason to charge that R500 if they want to keep it, not a breakage fee .I WILL NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT EVER
