Durban Waterfront Point Bay Apartments

The property is placed close to the most of Durban attractions.

It took over 35 full days for the property to pay back the refundable deposit. I had to escalate the matter to booking.com. It was only paid after booking.com’s intervention. No reason was provided by property for the long delay.

The place is very close to the beach and self service

Accessing the venue was challenging, likely due to the absence of a receptionist on site. Additionally, there was a breakdown in communication, as I was asked to provide copies of my documents,as well as those of the individuals accompanying me prior to check-in. This raised concerns and led to some suspicion regarding the intentions of the management.

Communication should be made easier in terms of key collection. Called numerous times on all 3 numbers to no avail. Had to eventually figure my way around and chanced it by going directly to the apartment. More kitchen /oven utensils should be provided. Overall amazing stay, definitely would be back

i liked the habour view on the balcony and from the master bed room

The check-in process of having to collect the access key from someone distant from the property.
