Durban Waterfront Point Bay Apartments

The location of the place was wonderful. The main bedroom and balcony has a spectacular view.

The window in the kids' bedroom was broken, so my son could literally feel the air coming in from there whilst on his bed. The same window had a lot of dust, It would literally fall off when touching the blinder. The griller they provided wasn't working efficiently, one of the plugs would trip. One of the cardboard doors in the kitchen were literally broken. The place is quite hot and only one room has a fan. The host wasn't there to check us out. We had to beg on of the staff members to help us cause apparently guests aren't allowed to do that themselves. The bed in the main bedroom was also very uncomfortable, my husband recently got a back surgery so that was painful for him.

The hosts were horrible. Way too nonchalant. I was made to wait 2 hours to be assisted for check in. I was told ridiculous requests about bipassing security to fetch the key inside
