Great apartment with perfect location if you want to explore the Centro Histórico and also have easy access to the metro to get around town. The apartment was well kept and nicely decorated (apparently I like yellow now, never would have thought) and had comfortable beds.

There was ongoing construction work on the street when we were there (July 2024). Remarkably the building was so well isolated that we didn't hear the noise, but it was a nuisance while going in and out. Probably not an issue for long.

It was a cozy tastefully done apartment with all things well organised. Loved the yellow furniture accents and well equipped kitchen. Very convenient location.

Hoped for better noiseless fans (at least 2 in each bedroom) and a full length mirror. Due to ongoing construction it’s noisy so can’t open windows at night.
