The setup of the appartement with separate bedrooms and living room. However, I do not recommend this place.

After our second night, we experienced large numbers of skin irritations due to bedbugs, which we found after further investigation of the bed. The owner replied with empathy and apologies at first, which is appreciated, but did not take any responsibly to help us with the situation and ignored our questions for help. Professional heating and extinction of the apartment including our gear would have solved the problem, but the owner indicated later he only did that for the apartment. Mexico doesn’t do hot temperature washing, so getting rid of the bugs or eggs in our cloths, gear and bags was terrible and troubled us for weeks, not able to use things in the meantime. We requested for a full refund, which the owner did not accept. Only the remaining day, where we had left the apartment, got refunded. Judge for yourself, but I think responsibility of both the owner and Booking.com are lacking here. Communication took over 4 weeks. Nice words, but no solutions. A major disappointing stay and outcome. Therefore, I do not recommend this place to anyone (or perhaps no private hosts at all for this platform, because of the responsibility gap) Second, the apartment is located next to a huge construction site, very noisy from early morning to late at night, expected for the coming months or longer since the facade is to be constructed. This makes it bad value for money now.

The location is perfect, You have everything you need reachable in a few minutes food walk. And the check in was very easy, thanks to the good communication of Roberto

Everything was so clean and good. The appartement had everything and was really high quality. The location is awesome and i would highly recommend staying here.
