"Central location and overall good value for money"

Difficult to access street with building works and one-way system - laundry hamper contained dirty linen and had not been cleared away - also booking.com stated private Parking which is why we chose this location however there was none and we had to park in a 25 hour car park @ £20

"Birmingham stay"

Beautiful apartment, well maintained and homely. Far better value than any hotel room I could get and far better amenities including WiFi and TV services. Great meet and greet service too.

Location excellent, being near station and China Town but did get busy outside. Pretty good sound proofing though.

Comfy, clean, great location

So noisy outside on the street, TV didn't have any channels. Got woken up so early but the loudest teenagers... Group of 15 of them at 6am making so much noise
