Great location for hippodrome and night life. But noisy later in night but accommodate great

Hard to find

Great location for the hippodrome theatre, lovely big apartment, clean and comfortable with lots of facilities ie. Toaster, hob, washer etc. big bathroom with bath and shower. Very secure property.

It wasn’t very clear exactly where the property is and it isn’t where it shows on the map, but isn’t too far from there.

Second time we’ve stopped here, great location, literally right by the hippodrome. The apartment was clean and tidy. There are also clean towels and shampoo/conditioner etc to use which I thought was a nice touch.

Can be fairly noisy if you go on a weekend due to the Arcadian but noise is not major after 1am which is surprising.

It was close to the town centre and the station. The bed was very comfortable.

It was extremely noisy all throughout the night due to being on a main strip for clubs and bars, which didn’t stop until around 5am. The shower head was broken and you had to hold it up to shower. The property was in need of a spruce up - the bedroom was missing a light fitting and everything seemed a bit tired.

Good size apartment, great location (really close to everything), and friendly host. Apartment appeared clean overall, was tidy, and had the amenities you'd expect.

The bathroom is tired and in need of a facelift, with a partially blocked sink and slow flowing shower. Collecting keys was a little convoluted, much prefer lock boxes but still, was quick overall.

Location was ideal. Big enough for what we needed. Person who met us was friendly.

Shower didn’t get hot nor would it stay up. Light in shower hanging down Sink in bathroom blocked Light in bedroom didn’t work Window wouldn’t lock in bedroom really nosey at night because of this. Effected sleep. Tap hanging off wall in bathroom sink. Dirty laundry from previous stay in basket in hall.

The location was really close to New st, shops, gay village, hippodrome and O2 Academy. Clean apartment Good amenities Comfy bedding

It was REALLY noisey at night. The windows overlook Hurst st and directly across from a Wetherspoons pub which is open until 1am. It’s also the main road to Nightingales night club so shouting until nearly 5am. Then it goes fairly quiet until the street cleaners start at 8am. If want a good nights sleep this is not the best apartment to book. Also no plug in bath and the shower nozzle did not fit the holder so had to hold it by hand. The bathroom sink gets blocked too as water takes ages to drain away.
