This was an absolute gem of a place to stay. Beautiful, peaceful, in gorgeous surroundings. Very much appreciated that the property was cosy when I arrived.

A folder detailing nearby attractions and things to do while staying would have been a nice touch, and something that I am used to seeing when staying in other similar properties. Where to find the woodland tracks on the Estate, where to find the tennis court, events at the nearby farm; that sort of thing. The extractor fan in the bathroom is also very loud. I have some sensory issues and I personally would have struggled to sleep in the bedroom right next to the bathroom. I'm sure this could be adjusted though.

The location.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the heating in some rooms didn't seem to work properly so one bedroom was cold. The electric shower wasn't good.
