"Nice cottage, host communication needs work."

Liked the building, layout and the surroundings

Poor communication - we spend hours trying to find it after a long day travelling, and only actually reached the destination because concerned locals approached us. The location sent on the listing pointed us to a nearby farm with the same name which was so confusing. The YouTube video was utterly unhelpful and vague, especially when arriving after sundown. The amount of information sent prior to arrival was a little overwhelming, and hard to digest the relevant details we needed quickly.

Fantastic location. Brilliant walks, gorgeous countryside, beautiful cottage.

Bed not very comfortable. Two singles bolted together with a ridge down the centre.

"Lovely dog friendly cottage in a stunning location, we will definitely be back."

Location was amazing, really quiet and scenic and great walks for our dog. Private tennis court was a bonus. Only 15 min drive to North Berwick. Lots to see and do in the area.

"Lovely property in a beautiful setting-would definitely stay again!"

The property is set in a lovely estate surrounded by countryside, so it’s idyllic yet within short distances to most places of interest. The decor is nice and the beds we’ve cosy and comfortable. It was lovely having a fire and a big bath.

Maybe some logs for the fire-we could only find kindling.
