Location.

Poor maintenance. Starting from the elevator to the room allocated had a bad odor. Walls were dirty, no hot water and card swiping machine didn't work. They didn't provide me with the invoice copy, as they had system issues. Promised me that they will share the invoice on WhatsApp, but same is awaited. In short, bad experience. This property, then known as Kriahna Presidency was very well kept, however post Covid it's lost its charm, and cleanliness.
